Chapter 1.
Recorded on the 23rd August 1985, this DVD takes you on a trip in a brakevan from Norwich (Thorpe) Stationto Norwich Victoria coal yard. We then make the return trip picking up wagons from Trowse on route. Victoriaserved as a coal concentration depot for many years, closing in 1986. This chapter has been remastered from VHS tape.
Chapter 2.
A series of pictures (ran as a slide show) featuring the Victoria branch taken in the 1980s.
Chapter 3.
Filmed in 2009 , the trackbed is now a public footpath called the ‘Lakenham Way’. Starting at Sandy Lane wewalk the 1.25 miles of the Lakenham Way, to what is now a car park for Sainsbury’s.
